Rosamund grew up in Louisiana and came to Gainesville for law school, then stayed. She represents owners who are selling a house and landlords who are selling a rental to buy another.
She keeps a printed calendar for every exchange, with the days counted, and sends a copy to the client's accountant on the first day.
