What happens once you write
Who reads my message?
One of the three lawyers, not an intake service. If your matter needs a different one of us, we pass it along and tell you.
When will I hear back?
We aim to reply by the end of the next business day. If a deadline is close, say so in the first line and call the office as well.
What does the first call cost?
Nothing. We use it to learn what you're facing and tell you whether we can help, and what it would cost, before you decide.
What if you can't help me?
We tell you, and where we can, we suggest who might. Evictions and tenant disputes are the most common thing we send elsewhere.
